Chandler who was the mentor of Barack Obama and Eric Holder. David J. Kappos, IBM’s attorney was also a student of Chandler. Chandler represented Leader Technologies, Inc. who already had filed his source code patent through James Chandler but Chandler made it available to IBM who disseminated it to Apple, Google and other companies through the IBM Eclipse Foundation.
