This was the same year that Bill Clinton founded the Highlands Group to weaponize patents in fascist “public-private partnerships.” Many of the contributors to ICG participated in those illegal secret meetings with the U.S. Department of Defense Office of Net Assessment—the funder of Stefan Halper in the Trump-Russia Hoax. John M. Deutch was also confirmed at CIA Director. Bill Clinton wrote Executive Order 12958 upending the information classification process.

Andrew Carnegie was a founding member of the Pilgrims Society and funder of projects to make U.S. history education pro-British; Carnegie sponsored the Jun. 07, 1993 FBI encryption conference with Bill Clinton chief of staff John Podesta and James P. Chandler, III etc. to give the FBI a backdoor encryption key to spy on U.S. citizens under any “national security” excuse they concocted.

Open Society Foundation was founded by George Soros and now run by him and his son Alexander George Soros

Pierre M. Omidyar, founded Humanity United. Omidyar is the cardboard cutout founder of Ebay.(owned PayPal), funds the left-wing Intercept; donated up to $1million into  The Clinton Foundation.

New Venture Fund, founded by Eric Kessler, received financial support from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation ($94 million between 2014 and 2016) and the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation ($17 million during that period.)^[16]  Kessler is closely involved in Democratic Party and left-wing politics. He is a former Clinton administration White House appointee and previously served as national field director for the League of Conservation Voters. ^[1] Kessler later served as a member of the Clinton Global Initiative. ^[2]

^{Kessler manages New Venture Fund through a for-profit Arabella Advisors that he also founded.} Arabella touts that it worked to create the Everybody Benefits Coalition in 2012, a project of Family Forward Oregon funded by the Rockefeller Family Fund. Rockefellers were founding members of the Pilgrims Society. In 2014, Arabella coordinated grant funding from a number of left-leaning nonprofits including the Ford Foundation, George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF). Ford was a founding member of the Pilgrims Society.

Oak Foundation is a notoriously far-left Pilgrims Society NGO that even supports China’s Belt and Road Initiative. British-born businessman Alan M. Parker, currently living in Geneva, Switzerland with an estimated net worth of about $2 billion. Current president Douglas Griffiths previously worked in various position within Barack Obama’s  (Hillary Clinton) State Department.

A $3 million grant to Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors was paid to promote “climate mitigation efforts.” Oak gave $1 million to ClimateWorks Foundation “to support the greening of the Belt and Road Initiative,” a global trade infrastructure project pushed by Chinese leader Xi Jinping to link the communist country with the rest of Eurasia. Oak donated up to $250,000 in the Clinton Foundation.

The Ploughshares Fund’s current president, Joseph Cirincione, joined the foundation in March 2008 from his previous position as senior vice president for national security and international policy at the John Podesta-founded Center for American Progress.^[7]

Radcliffe Foundation was renamed The Giustra Foundation in 2018. Frank Giustra is a notorious schemer with Bill and Hillary Clinton in the Uranium One slush funds and donations to The Clinton Foundation. In June, 2007, Giustra cited Pilgrims Society co-founder Andrew Carnegie as an influence in his philanthropy. The Radcliffe Foundation has contributed $30M towards the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI), which works with governments and other partners to increase access medical care for HIV+ people.

In 2005, the foundation began supporting the International Crisis Group,^[29] an independent organization working to prevent and resolve deadly conflict on five continents through analysis and high-level advocacy. With the support of Giustra, who sits on the executive committee, and contributions that total $10 million, the International Crisis Group is a leading independent, non-partisan, source of analysis and advice to governments and intergovernmental bodies like the United Nations, European Union and World Bank, ostensibly on the prevention and resolution of deadly conflict.

Wellspring Philanthropic Fund is a notoriously left-leaning fund supporting Democratic and globalist initiatives. Joyce Malombe is a senior program officer for Wellspring’s International Children’s Education program, a position she’s held since 2012. Prior to that, she was an independent nonprofit development consultant. ^[82] She also worked for the Ford Foundation and World Bank. ^[83] Malombe is a member of the advisory board for the Education Support program of George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. ^[84]
