I ran some numbers that are interesting. I just used worldometers.info to record deaths as of midnight Aug. 24th to compare to 2019. In 2019 there were 58,400,000 deaths (from U.N. report) and got 160,000 per day average.
As of 8/24/20 there were 38,180,100 deaths or 161,097 per day. Factor in the fact that world wide deaths have been increasing since the mid 1970’s due to changing demographics. The last decade approx. 1.2-1.5 million increase per year.
Using 38,180,100 deaths extrapolated to the end of the year it is 58,800,405, lower than the yearly average increase. (400,405)
