Justice Roberts is a British Knight of Malta that has pledged fealty to the British Monarch; he actually recused himself in a 2020 case after this was disclosed.
Bill Gates (a beneficiary of these newly-released USAID $2 billion funds) was knighted by the Queen on 2004.
