SES Executive Order Puts a Plug in the Swamp Drain

Among the Presidential Actions on January 20, 2025 was the ‘Restoring Accountability for Career Senior Executives’:

rESTORING aCCOUNTABILITY FOR cAREER sENIOR eXECUTIVES

The action reads, in part: “(a)  Within 30 days of the signing of this memorandum, the Director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), in coordination with the Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), shall issue SES Performance Plans that agencies must adopt.”

who is Trump’s nominee for Director of Office of Personnel Management? Who is in charge of reforming SES?

Scott Kupor, currently a managing partner at venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz, is the planned pick for OPM director (Office of Personnel Management) in Trump’s second term. His responsibilities would include reforming the Senior Executive Service (SES). How? He is a swamp rat who has made tens of billions of dollars slopping in the SES trough. https://federalnewsnetwork.com/management/2024/12/trump-names-his-planned-nominee-for-opm-director/

Kupor is a Silicon Valley venture capital swamp creature closely interlocked with Marc Andreessen and Andreeson Horowitz. Andreessen was part of the initial funding group with Mark Andreessen that stole Leader Technologies’ social networking invention and seated Zuckerberg as their front man.

He was a vice president of HP when they helped found the IBM Eclipse Foundation that facilitated the theft of social networking from Leader Technologies, Columbus, Ohio.

He led mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers as part of his grooming.

Kupor is a Stanford graduated lawyer and is heavily committed to BIOTECHNOLOGY investments.

Prior to Andreesen Kupor was chairman of the National Venture Capital Association from 2014 to 2018. This interlocks Kupor with James W. Breyer, Accel Parters, Accel China (“super bullish on China”), and the British Pilgrims Society via its American Academy of Achievement. Breyer’s wife Angela Chao died recently in a mysterious Lexus crash and drowning on their Texas ranch.

Kupor’s Andreesseen Horowitz has $42 billion fingers in practically every corrupt pie in Silicon Valley including Facebook, Groupon, Skype, Twitter, Zynga, Airbnb, Foursquare, Github, Stripe, Ripple, Soylent, Oculus VR, Coinbase, Buzzfeed, Apeel Sciences, Smartcar, Substack, Kickstarter and 1000 others.

Looks like President Trump has nominated Kupor as a way to stall reforms for four years, keeping the ‘Deep State’ organization, Senior Executive Service, in place.

…. and what group supplies personnel and human services to the Office of Personnel Management?

(British Pilgrims-controlled) SERCO directly supplies personnel and Human Resources services to OPM (in addition to RUNNING the U.S. Patent Office!)
