In May 2025, TeleMessage, an Israeli company offering a modified version of Signal called TM SGNL, suffered a devastating hack that exposed sensitive data from U.S. agencies, such as Customs and Border Protection, and newly-minted financial giants like Coinbase and Scotiabank. Unlike Signal’s end-to-end encryption, TeleMessage stores messages in plaintext on AWS-hosted servers (Oracle)[13], a design choice that undermines security for compliance purposes. This flaw allowed hackers to access unencrypted communications, raising alarms about national security.[12] [14] [15] [16] [17] [21] [23]

The scandal deepened when a Reuters photograph revealed former National Security Adviser Mike Waltz using TM SGNL during a Cabinet meeting, leading to his ouster after the breach.[17] Security researcher Micah Lee’s analysis confirmed that TeleMessage’s source code sends message logs in plaintext, making them vulnerable to interception. [12] [16] This incident echoes earlier Signal vulnerabilities, such as CVE-2023-24069, which allowed file recovery from Signal Desktop, and CVE-2022-28345, which enabled URL spoofing.

These breaches suggest a systemic issue: trusted messaging apps may be compromised by design or modification, potentially serving the interests of surveillance states. The involvement of TeleMessage, based in Petah Tikva, Israel, adds a geopolitical dimension, given the city’s historical ties to the Rothschild family.[18] [19]

Historical Context: Leader Technologies’ Stolen Legacy

At the heart of this conspiracy lies Leader Technologies, an Ohio-based innovator founded by Michael McKibben. In 2006, Leader was awarded U.S. Patent No. 7,139,761, [20] among others, for social networking technology that revolutionized scalable online interaction.[29] However, their triumph was short-lived. In 2008, Leader sued Facebook for patent infringement. A 2010 jury found Facebook guilty on all 11 patent claims, but the court later invalidated Leader’s patent, citing ‘on-sale bar’—a decision tainted by judicial corruption and multiple breaches of due process and obstruction of justice by Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama  (Social Networking Writ of Certiorari – Leader v. Facebook).[11]

Leader provided evidence that Judges Leonard P. Stark, Alan D. Lourie, Kimberly A. Moore, Evan J. Wallach, and Randall R. Rader held undisclosed Facebook-interlocked tech stocks, creating conflicts of interest. Furthermore, their patent attorney, James P. Chandler III, shared Leader’s source code with IBM’s Eclipse Foundation, which distributed it to banking, media, government, and technology companies. This theft propelled the “Internet of Things,” as a surveillance infrastructure now integral to global technology.[30]

Leader’s struggle is not just about social networking. Their quantum-proof polymorphic encryption offers a secure alternative to vulnerable standards like AES-256, which was shown to be breakable in 2015 by Dr. Albert Carlson, a leading cryptography and quantum computing professor, at DEFCON23. By suppressing Leader’s innovations, powerful interests have ensured that surveillance-friendly technologies dominate.[31]

Encryption Backdoors: A Deliberate Design

For decades, the encryption meant to protect our communications has been a house of cards, built with hidden trapdoors by those seeking control. The Data Encryption Standard (DES), introduced in 1977, was an early betrayal. Its 56-bit key, deliberately weakened by the NSA, was cracked in just 22 hours by 1999, exposing its fragility. [24] The Dual_EC_DRBG algorithm, secretly slipped in by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) starting in the late 1990’s as an export requirement, was even more blatant. It was a digital skeleton key for the NSA, exposed by Edward Snowden in 2013 for generating predictable outputs that spies could exploit. [25] The NSA reportedly paid RSA Security $10 million to promote this flawed standard, despite cryptographers’ warnings.[20]

Today’s “gold standard,” AES-256, is no savior. In 2015, Dr. Albert Carlson at DEFCON 23 demonstrated in its vulnerability in front of a live audience. He broke multiple CBC-AES encrypted files in real time to the shocked audience—yet mainstream outlets largely ignored the story. These are not accidents but deliberate designs for surveillance, crafted by the NSA, CIA, and their Five Eyes allies to keep communications exposed.[31] The NIST Dual_EC_DRBG Validation List lists over 900 companies with backdoors, but by 2017, it was quietly rebranded as CTR_DRBG_Instantiate to evade scrutiny—a cover-up hiding in plain sight.

The Society also established the Empire Press Union, later renamed the Commonwealth Press Union and now CPU Media Trust, an entity that dictates editorial policy to Reuters and the Associated Press.[6]

The Israeli city Petah Tikva, now home to TeleMessage and other tech firms, serves as a hub of interlocking interests tied to British, Israeli, and U.S. surveillance networks. TeleMessage’s CEO, Guy Levit, a former Israeli Defense Forces officer, exemplifies these connections.[28] Levit’s Mossad affiliations confirm the principle that “once Mossad, always Mossad.”

The Five Eyes alliance, formed on March 5, 1946, comprising MI6, MI5, GCHQ, and nascent American intelligence agencies, collaborates with Israeli intelligence, leveraging companies like TeleMessage for surveillance.[4] [26] [33] Self-anointed elitist figures, including Hillary Clinton, Robert Mueller, and Michael Chertoff, control encryption keys through entities like ENTRUST, Inc., enabling backdoor access.

Sir Stewart Menzies (above) who chaired the US-UK Agreement was Chief of MI6 from 1939 to 1952 was a presumed member of the Pilgrims Society given his interlocking relationships with leading US and UK Pilgrims including Winston Churchill (1902-1965), Vincent Astor (‘Churchill’s spymaster’, Newsweek, Western Union, Chase, William Stephenson [British spy ‘Intrepid’, 1914-1940]),  ‘The Room’ and ‘the Walrus Club,’ in New York, ‘Ends of the Earth Club’ and ‘The 1b Club,’ the ‘Traveller’s Club’ in Paris, spy William Wiseman, English Speaking Union (Pilgrims lite), Viscount De L’Isle (1980), OSS, William Donovan, Winthrop Aldrich (maternal Rockefeller, 1940-1974) and many more. Menzies is a loathsome human being.

Specific Patents Driving Surveillance—Humans Are Merely “Wetware”

Central to the self-anointed elitist intention to spy on Britain, America, and the world are patents like U.S. Patent No. 6,965,816, filed by Richard C. Walker in 1996 and awarded in 2005. We believe Richard C. Walker was a pseudonym for law professor James P. Chandler, III, chief counsel to America’s intelligence malcontents. Walker’s address of record was a mere one street away from Chandler’s in Potomac, Maryland. This patent, describing remote control of aircraft, vehicles, and “wetware” (biological systems, including humans), reveals the sinister intent of these figures to surveil the planet. Walker filed 11 patents for Hewlett-Packard and 14 for Agilent Technologies, establishing a broad infrastructure for control, secretly led by IBM.[2]

The Pirbright Institute holds U.S. Patent No. 10,136,701 for a coronavirus vaccine.[38] Lord Victor Rothschild[36] nearly single-handedly financed the biotechnology revolution in Britain and America following his 1971 Rothschild Report to the UK Parliament. He also collaborated with Nobel laureate Dr. Sydney Brenner[37] on genetic research using Israeli populations, exploiting their diverse ancestry that he called “peculiar”—that we have traced to Babylonian Radhanite merchant-bankers from Persia, China, Sogdia, and Turkey along the Silk Road.       It is a clear and present danger that social media had been taken over by people who are undermining our fundamental rights as Americans. They have also stolen enormous assets from us, especially the true inventors of social media. These violations must be corrected.

      I urge you to support the enforcement of Leader Technologies; Miller Act Notice to compensate Michael McKibben and his shareholders for their invention of social networking.

      America’s leaders must continue to support patent rights, which are the foundation of property rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, and protect Americans from social media abuses.
